Responsabilités et activités clés :
- Gérer les projets de transformation (investissements, machines, technologies, organisation des flux, travaux de construction ...) en relation avec les autres fonctions du groupe et les fournisseurs.
- Élaborer et exécuter des plans industriels à moyen terme avec les laboratoires.
- Assurer que les solutions déployées sont conformes aux normes du groupe, en particulier au référentiel RX.
- Animer des benchmarks des sites, afin de bénéficier de l'intelligence collective des laboratoires pour alimenter la continuité de l'amélioration au sein de la zone entière.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes des laboratoires, ainsi qu'avec les services centraux.
Profil du candidat :
Ingénieur en ingénierie industrielle ou équivalent, maîtrisant l'étude de rentabilité des projets de transformation et la gestion fonctionnelle de leur exécution. Idéalement, expérience en amélioration continue dans un environnement industriel et/ou en production RX et/ou en méthodes. Connaissance du management en lean (6 Sigma, MIFA, MUDA, TPM, 5S, etc.) serait un atout fort.
Avec un fort esprit de service, vous avez le sens de l'analyse et vous êtes stimulé par la recherche du progrès permanent par le questionnement pragmatique de ce qui existe. Rigueur et structuration, vous avez des compétences interpersonnelles et de communication exceptionnelles et vous aimez travailler en équipe dans un environnement multiculturel.
Les déplacements à court terme (2 jours x 2 fois par mois) vers les laboratoires européens doivent être planifiés.
Anglais fluide obligatoire, français et autres langues européennes seraient un plus.
