Equans France is seeking a driven Electrical Engineer / Works Manager to join our team specializing in tunnel construction for tramway, tram, and road transport projects.

This role will be based within our Tunnel CFO CFA works Center.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of one or more construction sites from initiation to completion, encompassing commercial aspects and ensuring alignment with established objectives.
• Define material requirements, source suppliers, and oversee orders to meet project deadlines effectively.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality protocols on site, acting as the primary point of contact for the client to understand and formalize their needs.
• Prepare comprehensive quotes and provide regular work updates to the client, maintaining transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage staffing requirements on site, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment through clear communication and direction.
• Report to superiors, set and commit to site objectives, conduct meticulous budget controls, and provide concise upward reporting.

The Ideal Candidate:

You possess an engineering or Master's degree, ideally with a specialization in electricity. Your background includes proven experience in project management and a desire for a multifaceted role that combines technical expertise, on-site leadership, financial acumen, and strong client relationships. Prior experience in tunnel and tramway construction is highly advantageous.

You are organized, meticulous, and possess a dynamic work ethic. Your entrepreneurial spirit and exceptional negotiation skills will be instrumental in your success. This role requires regular travel within the Ile de France region.
