Our innovation team based in Paris, Nantes, Limoges, Krakow, and Berlin is composed of 100+ straightforward and energetic engineers working in an Agile environment and ready to tackle the most complex technical challenges.
Your Mission
Within the Platform Services department, you will join the team that strives to develop and deploy self-serve tooling to empower our R&D team. As a member of our core platform team, you will collaborate with R&D teams (developers, product, architecture, and infrastructure) in order to improve the platform efficiency and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Setup and maintain a healthy and well-monitored platform
- Setup applications and tools around the platform to best serve the R&D needs (with a self-service approach)
- Provide architecture insights in order to help other R&D members designing reliable and efficient applications hosted on our platform
About the Tech Stack

About You
- Master degree in Computer science or similar field of study
- 3+ years of System or Software Engineering experience ideally in the web industry
- Fluent with DevOps practices
- Experience in: Kubernetes administration (CNI, ...), CI/CD pipelines, Monitoring and alerting
- Experience working with IaC (Terraform, GitOps, ...)
- Autonomous and innovative mindset
- Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English
How You'll Grow
Within 1 month: You'll be just finishing your onboarding. You'll probably have tackled a few small tasks with your peers.
Within 4 months: You'll be trusted to endorse weekly run duty shift. You'll be assigned to minor tasks to ramp up on our stacks and processes.
Within 9 months: You'll be leading critical projects. You'll be evolving in our technical architecture discussions. You'll start proposing future improvements for our high-scale platform.
