About the Role

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at Réseau Alliance. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for the administrative, logistical, and financial management of repair projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely administrative management of projects, including tracking, ordering, and contract management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and resolving any disputes that may arise.
  • Participate in the execution of various contracts, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Monitor and control project margins, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Manage late payments and collaborate with the collection department to resolve any issues.
  • Develop and present tracking reports to clients, providing valuable insights into project progress.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the industrial sector.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
