About the Role**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at Réseau Alliance. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for the administrative, logistical, and financial management of repair projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely administrative management of projects, including tracking, ordering, and contract management.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and resolving any disputes that may arise.
- Participate in the execution of various contracts, ensuring seamless project delivery.
- Monitor and control project margins, identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage late payments and collaborate with the collection department to resolve any issues.
- Develop and present tracking reports to clients, providing valuable insights into project progress.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the industrial sector.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
