About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our Amazon Logistics Operations Finance team in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing finance-related activities, implementing standardized controllership, reporting, and planning processes for the fixed cost of Delivery Stations in all EU countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage Amazon Logistic metrics to identify cost out opportunities by linking operations and financials.
- Build trusted partnerships with the business to influence and support tactical and strategic business decisions promoting business improvements and cost reductions.
- Identify risks, evaluate impact, propose changes, and implement improvements to remediate gaps.
- Supervise and own the Financial and operational planning processes to produce a challenging/stretch/bold yet solid operational plan.
Requirements:
- MBA and/or Professional certification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or CPA).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Advanced use of SQL (data mining and business intelligence).
- Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload, and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic, ever-growing, and often ambiguous environment.
