HR Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Assistant (M/F) to join our team at MBway in Rennes. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for managing temporary recruitment, organizing training files, and supporting the development of our team.

• Manage temporary recruitment processes, ensuring timely and efficient hiring of new staff members
• Organize and maintain accurate training files, including documentation and records
• Support the development of our team by providing administrative assistance and coordinating training programs
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A strong background in Human Resources, preferably with a Bac+5 level qualification
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably with a company in the business development and training sector
