About the Role
We are seeking a driven and experienced Commercial Director to lead our professional market segment. This role will involve developing and executing national commercial strategies, managing sales teams, and representing EDF ENR at a high level.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies for the professional market sector.
- Oversee all national sales activities, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams across the country.
- Serve as a key representative of EDF ENR at industry events and conferences.
- Identify new growth opportunities and strategic partnerships within the renewable energy sector.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve shared goals.
- Lead projects, monitor team performance, and provide regular reports on sales activities and key performance indicators.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the sales process.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and competitive landscape within the renewable energy market.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Business Development, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar commercial leadership role within the renewable energy or industrial/construction sectors.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage high-performing teams.
- Willingness to travel nationally as required.
