Responsibilities
In close collaboration with the sales team, the Bid Coordinator is responsible for managing responses to client and prospect tenders (corporate, institutional, or banking) related to requests for Cash Management, Receivables and Supply Chain Financing Solutions, and Trade Finance, while also overseeing the repository of standard responses to tenders in a continuous improvement framework.
Your responsibilities include:
1 - Coordinate various stakeholders and draft responses to tenders for Cash Management, Receivables and Supply Chain Financing Solutions, and Trade Finance for clients and prospects:
• Conduct technical analysis of the specifications provided
• Develop competitive pricing proposals in collaboration with sales and Product Managers
• Gather information from sales, geographical teams, marketing, and product leaders
• Highlight key offer points for validation and assist in preparing submissions
• Write responses that comply with the specifications
2 - Develop and update the repository of standard responses for Cash Management, Receivables and Supply Chain Financing Solutions, and Trade Finance in a continuous improvement approach, in collaboration with sales, Product Managers, and geographical teams:
• General sections
• Solution highlights
• Regional focuses
• Sector-specific focuses
3 - Monitor upcoming tenders:
• Maintain a comprehensive calendar of upcoming tenders with support from the sales team
• Track public tenders
4 - Analyze feedback from tender responses:
• Participate in analyzing client feedback by listing key strengths and areas for improvement for each response
• Identify gaps in offerings and share insights with Product Managers
• Collect benchmarking elements
• Centralize knowledge on market sensitivity through feedback from tender responses: client updates regarding Cash Management, Receivables and Supply Chain Financing Solutions, and Trade Finance, pricing trends, and service evolution
5 - Participate in periodic reviews and forums related to business development
6 - Implement and manage tools and processes aimed at ensuring continuous improvement in the efficiency and quality of tender responses (including reporting).

Most positions are eligible for remote work under the conditions outlined in our agreement based on mutual consent (employee & manager) following a successful integration period.
