We are in search of a Finance and Operations Director to become a vital part of our team. In this pivotal role, you will be accountable for managing financial operations, human resources, and the daily functioning of the organization. Your role will be crucial in propelling the company's expansion and bringing groundbreaking diagnostic solutions to the forefront.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Management: Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting. Seek funding opportunities and enhance procurement strategies.
- Human Resources Leadership: Direct the recruitment, retention, and development of exceptional talent. Execute HR initiatives that align with the company’s growth objectives.
- Operational Excellence: Guarantee operational effectiveness, implement process enhancements, and coordinate interdepartmental projects. Manage logistics and supply chain operations.
- Support for Executive Leadership: Aid in fundraising efforts and ensure operational objectives align with the company’s long-term vision.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial and operational management.
- Proven expertise in financial oversight, budgeting, and analytical processes.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and/or French is required.
