Seed Packaging Operator

Job Purpose
VILMORIN-MIKADO is seeking a dedicated Seed Packaging Operator to join our production team. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the efficient and accurate packaging of seeds into various containers.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the supply of seeds on the packaging platform using a forklift (CACES 5 type).
- Oversee the start-up, shutdown, and cleaning procedures for production machines.
- Adjust and operate all machinery within the Packaging workshop, including weighers, counters, sealers, robots, labelers, and more.
- Perform carton packaging and palletizing tasks.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the production process.
- Adhere to established operating procedures, internal regulations, and safety guidelines.
Required Skills
- Desired BEP level qualification.
- Prior experience in an industrial production environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Mandatory CACES 5 certification.
- Strong team spirit, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
