Job Responsibilities:
  • Analyze vehicle breakdowns under warranty and demonstrate the sequence of events from origin to consequences
  • Handle requests for coverage and make decisions promptly to ensure quick processing
  • Provide proactive and informative communication to stakeholders
  • Coordinate expert inspections and evaluate reports
  • Support warranty managers on technical issues related to mechanical breakdowns
  • Propose process improvements and ensure partner satisfaction
