Executive Recruiter

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter & HR Projects Specialist to join our team at Square Management. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract high-potential candidates, managing the recruitment process from start to finish, and developing and improving our recruitment processes.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent
• Manage the recruitment process, including defining job requirements, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Collaborate with our Partners to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions
• Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions to identify and attract top talent
• Contribute to the development and implementation of our employer brand strategy

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Fluency in English
