The Process & Maintenance Adjustment Technician is responsible for first-level support, equipment adjustments, and engaging in both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute equipment adjustments under the guidance of the Production Support Engineer
- Conduct routine daily and weekly equipment qualifications
- Assist production operators with equipment adjustments
- Maintain and update procedures relevant to their responsibilities
- Participate in preventive maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Technician
- Help define the preventive maintenance strategy (tasks, frequencies, spare parts management)
- Perform scheduled tasks (cleaning, part replacements, inspections, calibrations, etc.)
- Document intervention reports
- Engage in corrective maintenance activities
Candidate Profile
- Possess a technical degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrate skills in electrotechnics, automation, or IT
