Job Title: Youth Support Educator (F/M)

Facility Overview: Our organization provides support to approximately 250 youths through diverse services tailored to their needs.
Team Dynamics: Become a part of our dedicated team, which includes a head of service, several educators, night supervisors, and support staff, all committed to fostering a nurturing environment for the young residents.
Your Role:
- Guide young individuals in their daily activities while fostering their independence, social skills, and responsibility.
- Design and execute engaging activity programs in collaboration with the youth.
- Participate in communal care activities such as meal times and outings.
- Contribute to the personalized growth of each youth by documenting observations and aiding in decision-making processes.
- Support educational follow-ups and track progress through documentation.
- Prepare reports on individual progress and engage in formal review meetings as necessary.
Candidate Profile:
- Possession of a State Diploma in Youth Education, with a preference for experience in child protection.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, along with a background in group facilitation and teamwork.
- Experience in educational support within a medico-social context and collaboration with families of children in care.
- Understanding of social integration and vocational training initiatives.
- Ability to approach complex situations with a balanced perspective.
- Strong writing skills and proficiency in computer applications.
- A valid driver's license is essential.
Contract Details: This is a temporary position with a full-time commitment, featuring rotating schedules and occasional weekend duties. Compensation begins at a competitive gross monthly salary, reflective of qualifications and experience, along with additional benefits such as evening hour bonuses and health coverage.
