Job Description: Culinary Assistant
As a Culinary Assistant at Dupont Restauration, you will play a vital role in supporting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations. You will contribute to creating a diverse and adaptable culinary offering that delights our guests daily.
- Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and food preparation.
- Ensure adherence to strict health and safety regulations, including HACCP principles.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment within the kitchen team.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times.
Qualifications:
- Valid CAP/BEP in Cuisine (or higher) is required.
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
