Job Description: Culinary Assistant

As a Culinary Assistant at Dupont Restauration, you will play a vital role in supporting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations. You will contribute to creating a diverse and adaptable culinary offering that delights our guests daily.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and food preparation.
  • Ensure adherence to strict health and safety regulations, including HACCP principles.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment within the kitchen team.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Valid CAP/BEP in Cuisine (or higher) is required.
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
