Role

As a Cemetery Management Officer, reporting to the Director of Citizenship and Prevention, your responsibilities will include:

Cemetery Operations

  • Assisting and guiding the public regarding funeral services: site inquiries, information dissemination, concession purchases, and renewals, as well as pricing details.
  • Overseeing the administrative and financial aspects of the cemetery: managing operations, establishing revenue titles, drafting necessary decrees, and liaising with treasury.
  • Updating and maintaining requiem software for effective management of funeral concessions.
  • Supervising the work performed by marble workers to ensure quality standards.
  • Providing guidance, information, and oversight for funeral operations, including exhumations.
  • Executing the concession recovery process efficiently.

Weekly Market Management

  • Each month, you will take charge of organizing non-sedentary vendors and managing the logistics of the city's weekly market on Saturday mornings.
  • You will also contribute to the logistical planning of local festivals, coordinating vendor placements, fairground attractions, and fee collection.

Working Conditions

· Comprehensive support during your onboarding process, including shadowing and mentoring.

· Competitive base salary starting from 1890€ gross/month.

· Eligibility for Family Allowance based on specific criteria.

Profile

  • Are organized, diligent, and available, demonstrating a sense of public service along with initiative, autonomy, and accountability in their work.
  • Have familiarity with requiem software (arpège) and are proficient in standard office applications.
