Role Overview and Key DutiesPrimary Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative functions including managing phone communications, written correspondence, and email correspondence.
- Prepare essential technical documentation such as DOE, PPSPS, quotations, and technical proposals.
- Efficiently handle incoming emails and maintain organized records.
- Oversee the paperwork and invoicing for subcontractors upon completion of their tasks.
- Monitor bank guarantees and manage administrative tasks related to construction sites.
- Place orders for necessary materials required for project assembly.
Qualifications:
- Background in the construction sector is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
