Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Territorial PV Developer. This is a full-time position, with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities- Project Identification and Development
- Identify and analyze potential agrivoltaic projects in assigned territories, in collaboration with internal experts.
- Project Design and Implementation
- Design innovative and tailored agrivoltaic projects that meet local specifications.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Partnerships
- Establish strong relationships with local authorities, elected officials, collectivities, associations, and syndicates.
- Participate in local consultations and communicate the needs and expectations of all stakeholders.
- Partnership Development and Management
- Identify opportunities for partnerships with local actors, including farmers, associations, and collectivities.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and maintain strategic relationships with these partners.
- Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure that projects comply with applicable regulations.
- Communication and Awareness
- Promote the benefits of agrivoltaic projects to local authorities and collectivities.
- Participate in local events and develop awareness-raising initiatives.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as agronomy, engineering, or business.
- Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles, with a focus on commercial negotiation in the agricultural and/or photovoltaic sectors.
- Skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and partnership management skills.
- Autonomy, creativity, and ability to work in a team.
- Strong knowledge of regulations related to energy and agricultural projects.
This position offers a competitive salary, with a fixed component and annual bonuses. The company also offers a flexible work schedule, with the possibility of working from home 1-2 days per week. The position is based in Montpellier, with the possibility of working 100% remotely in the AURA region.
