Child Welfare Educator

Domino RH Care Marseille is seeking a dedicated Child Welfare Educator to contribute to a residential care facility in Marseille. In this role, you will report directly to the service manager and your key responsibilities will encompass: - Providing care and support to a group of children in their everyday activities, - Encouraging and fostering independence through educational and recreational programs (including outings, workshops, academic assistance, and social integration support), - Assisting in the organization of daily routines, - Facilitating social inclusion.
Key Qualifications:- Ability to adjust professional conduct and practices in response to challenging or unique situations
- Determination and strong listening skills while maintaining flexibility and decisiveness
- Capability to assist individuals in developing personal life projects
- Open to applicants with varying levels of experience (both entry-level and seasoned professionals)
- Possession of a State diploma as a Specialized Educator (DEES)
- A minimum of one year of experience in the social services field
