Job Summary

Dachser is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Production Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in logistics and transportation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the administrative tasks related to the arrival and departure of long-distance shipments.
• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of shipments, including the integration of client EDI data.
• Optimize cargo loading and find solutions to meet delivery deadlines.
• Verify the accuracy of documents and ensure consistency between documentation and received goods.
• Report any discrepancies or anomalies.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in a transportation-related field (Bac+2 level).
• Excellent geographical knowledge of the transportation sector.
• Technical knowledge of production quays (loading, unloading, scanning, etc.).
• Proficient in English for professional purposes.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in office software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
