About the Role

The Digital Marketing Project Assistant will support the corporate Digital Marketing team in various Digital Marketing Performance projects, including website audit and analysis, paid campaigns, social media, data visualization, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and improve the overall digital ecosystem.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of digital marketing performance dashboards on Google Looker Studio.
  • Help manage Google Analytics 360 Organization architecture and access.
  • Support the deployment and governance of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and tagging plans.
  • Manage the internal Digital Marketing Community on VivaEngage, sharing digital marketing trends and answering questions within the community.
  • Coordinate the preparation of Digital Marketing LiveChats and conferences.
  • Prepare and send the internal newsletter of the Digital Marketing team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal). Second language is a plus.
  • Acquire experiences in, or a good knowledge of, digital marketing, SEO, SEA, analytics, data visualization, and digital project management.
  • Familiar with Google Marketing Platform tools (particularly Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Search Console) or equivalent tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO tools required (SEMrush or equivalent SEO tools).
  • Knowledge of Big Query/SQL is a plus.
  • Team player, open-minded, enthusiastic, fast learner, and proactive to find solutions.
  • Able to start in September 2024.
