Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Export Sales Assistant to join our team at DLSI. As an Export Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating the export process, managing sales data, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Retail and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Coordinate with commercial teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales transactions, including invoices and shipping documents
  • Communicate with customers to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with international trade and logistics
  • Knowledge of Incoterms and credit documents
  • Fluency in English and/or other languages
