Job Title: Technicien Calibration CPE H/F
Job Summary:
AKETYS is seeking a highly skilled Technicien Calibration CPE H/F to join our team. As a key member of our calibration department, you will be responsible for executing calibration tasks, assisting the calibration engineer, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute calibration sequences in accordance with established operating procedures and test specifications.
- Prepare equipment and products for calibration tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Collect and compile test data, calculate results, and analyze against required specifications.
- Generate test reports, including analysis and conclusions, and communicate results to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify and report non-conformities, and participate in root cause analysis of equipment failures.
- Collaborate with the calibration engineer to troubleshoot and resolve test-related issues.
- Develop and implement process improvements, including the optimization of laboratory workflows and the implementation of new tools and technologies.
- Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment, adhering to 5S principles.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment, and manage chemical supplies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Measurements or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent knowledge of metrology principles and practices.
- Strong understanding of electronic system architectures.
- Proficiency in electrical measurement equipment and software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including plans and schematics.
- Fluency in English, with a strong understanding of technical terminology.
