La société Symétrie Consulting, spécialisée dans l'amélioration de l'Expérience Client et Collaborateur, recherche un Data Analyst confirmé pour rejoindre ses équipes dès janvier 2025.
MissionVous serez impliqué dans un projet stratégique axé sur la voix du collaborateur, en collaboration avec l'un de nos clients. Ce projet vise à évaluer l'environnement digital à travers un sondage annuel recueillant les avis des collaborateurs sur les outils et logiciels utilisés au quotidien, ainsi que les éventuelles difficultés rencontrées.
Responsabilités- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour ajuster le questionnaire si nécessaire, afin de comparer les résultats avec les années précédentes.
- Recueillir les données auprès des différents services concernés.
- Intégrer les nouvelles données dans le tableau Power BI en place.
- Suivre le taux de participation au sondage et assurer une communication régulière avec les parties prenantes.
- Effectuer le nettoyage des données (Data Cleaning) afin de vérifier leur conformité et leur qualité.
- Consolider et intégrer les résultats dans Power BI à la fin du sondage.
- Analyser les verbatims à l'aide d'un outil d'analyse sémantique et intégrer les résultats dans Power BI.
- Réaliser des entretiens avec des volontaires ayant participé au sondage, si nécessaire.
- Rédiger un rapport complet d'analyse qualitative, incluant les constats, points de vigilance et recommandations.
- Expérience : 5 à 10 ans d'expérience en tant que Data Analyst.
- Maîtrise de Power BI et des outils d'analyse de données.
- Aisance dans la collaboration avec des interlocuteurs techniques et fonctionnels.
- Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles : aptitude à restituer les informations de manière claire, synthétique et accessible.
- Proactivité et autonomie : capacité à mener des analyses de manière autonome tout en étant force de proposition.
Contrat : CDI
Disponibilité : Démarrage en janvier 2025
Localisation : Dans les locaux de Symétrie Consulting (Paris 16eme) et des déplacement chez nos clients
