The Role:

As a Lead Process Improvement Consultant, you will spearhead our agile project teams to expedite our clients' digital transformation and support Celonis' global growth. You will identify strategic priorities for our clients and guide your project team in developing data-driven process insights utilizing SQL, while constructing intricate data models to ensure clients derive maximum value. You will gain expertise in various business processes, including Finance, Order Management, Procurement, Warehouse Management, Customer Service, Production, e-Commerce, Opportunity Management, and Supply Chain Management. You will leverage the latest features and functionalities of the Celonis software, such as Process Analytics, Execution Apps, Process Automation, Real-Time Data Ingestion, Task Mining, and Machine Learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the implementation process, delivering exceptional service to ensure optimal solutions for our clients using Celonis technology.
  • Transform client data through SQL to create data models for process analysis.
  • Design and implement innovative analyses and execution applications, enhancing them with Machine Learning algorithms (Python) or Task Mining to automate and clarify client processes.
  • Analyze data to pinpoint process inefficiencies and understand root causes, collaboratively proposing solutions to address them.
  • Quantify business and financial potential, presenting the most relevant KPIs to management.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Conduct value creation workshops and align strategies to enhance process efficiencies.
  • Establish the foundation for a path to value, ensuring long-term client success.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement/Excellence, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL or other programming languages (Python, R, Matlab...) with a strong interest in Big Data, Data Analytics, Data Mining, and Process Mining.
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English, with a passion for engaging with diverse clients to comprehend and interpret business processes.
  • A dedicated and visionary mindset, eager to drive the advancement of Celonis Process Mining and Execution technology.
  • Strong analytical skills, well-organized, and recognized as a quick learner.
  • A degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable field.
