Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Missions Coordinator to engage in an apprenticeship program focused on quality assurance within a prominent distribution network. This role is designed for individuals pursuing an MBA in Project Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and refine operational workflows
- Revise and enhance current and future documentation (Processes, Operating Procedures)
- Draft and modify Job Guides
- Deliver training sessions for operational staff
- Oversee the adherence to established procedures and operational standards
- Serve as a Quality Advocate for the distribution network
- Engage in quality assessments across the organization
- Support initiatives within the store network
This position offers practical experience, alternating between two weeks at the organization and one week at the educational institution.
Candidate Profile:
- Background in the distribution industry
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
- Exhibit independence, inquisitiveness, and flexibility
- Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal
