Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel IT

OPmobility is seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel IT to join our team. As a key member of our Group Legal Group, you will play a crucial role in providing legal support to our Digital and IS functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the drafting, revising, and negotiating contracts with software editors, IT services suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the synthesis of operational legal issues, commercial transactions, intellectual property, and data that arise for OPmobility.
  • Facilitate business strategies development by providing options and clarity under the law.
  • Limit legal and contractual risk exposure through proactive case management and monitoring.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in IT Law or Business law from a reputable Law university.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a law firm specialized in IT Law or in the legal department of an international company in the IT and digital sector.
  • Knowledge of Agile, SAFe methods, and Cloud solutions.
  • Fluency in English and French, verbally and in writing.
  • Understanding and exposure to a multi-cultural working environment.
