Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Chief Information Officer - IT Support to join our team in Paris. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our IT team, providing technical support, and collaborating with our CIO on various projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Management
- Monitor and collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless operation of our systems.
- Prepare and present IT reports to our management team.
- Manage IT budgets and expenses.
- Contribute to the development of our IT roadmap.
- Operational
- Manage hardware and software infrastructure.
- Provide Level 1, 2, and 3 user support.
- Implement and maintain IT security measures.
- Manage firewalls and Microsoft Defender.
- Implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access.
- IT Project Support
- Manage IT projects in Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Implement business applications, including HR, finance, and brokerage systems.
Requirements
- Team Management
- Proven experience in managing IT teams (minimum 10 people).
- Technical Skills
- Experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
- Education
- Master's degree in Engineering or a business school with an IT specialty.
- Personal Qualities
- Ability to work in a team and integrate.
- Bilingual in English.
- Resistance to stress in a demanding environment.
- Motivated, dynamic, and passionate about IT.
- Force of proposal to improve systems and procedures.
