We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in France. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience, and will assist in the administration of the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

* Sourcing of candidates through all appropriate recruitment tools
* Providing an excellent candidate experience by assisting in the coordination and administration of the recruitment process
* Scheduling of candidate assessments and interviews, including travel arrangements, coordinating interviewer schedules, and other tasks associated
* Assisting with on-site interviews and candidate assessments
* Assisting in tracking and monitoring all recruiting activity
* Being a reliable point of contact for candidates and hiring managers and maintaining effective working relationships with all levels of the business
* Assisting in day-to-day recruitment tasks
* Contributing to projects as required
* Being creative in approach, always looking at innovative ways to source candidates

Requirements

* Senior experience in Talent Acquisition position
* Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience (agency or internal)
* Extensive experience of working with technical stakeholders and used to working in a fast-paced environment
* Great communication, organization, and prioritization skills with the ability to drive a customer-focused approach, managing both stakeholders and candidates with updates on progress and status to ensure a great candidate experience
* Naturally curious and drive to deliver a best-in-class service while adding commercial value to the process with the knowledge built up of the market and disciplines focused on
* Knowledge of a major ATS such as Workday or Taleo is much appreciated
* Business-level proficiency or fluency in English is preferred
