We are seeking a proficient Strategic IT Procurement Manager to oversee and enhance our purchasing operations related to critical capital expenditures (CAPEX) and essential original equipment manufacturer (OEM) partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee procurement activities for strategic CAPEX projects and significant OEM collaborations.
- Develop and execute purchasing strategies, manage tender processes, negotiate agreements, and monitor cost savings.
- Engage in sustainability initiatives and work closely with technical teams, procurement managers from manufacturing, and the legal department.
Candidate Profile:
- Expert in procurement with 8-10 years of experience in CAPEX and operational expenditure (OPEX) purchasing within the heavy industry or engineering sectors.
- Proven track record in negotiating CAPEX agreements with OEMs and service providers, along with managing engineering, procurement, and construction management (EPCM) contracts.
- Fluent in English, possessing exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with a strong aptitude for project-based work and effective change management.
