Product Owner for HR Digital Group

As a Product Owner for HR Digital Group, you will be responsible for delivering product value by working with stakeholders to understand their needs and managing a product backlog. You will be the go-to person for product information and represent the customer and stakeholder interests in the product to the delivery team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting and synthesizing best practices towards the company or the market.
- Managing the proof of concept to demonstrate the added value of new features.
- Representing the interests of the stakeholders to improve business efficiency.
- Defining user stories and acceptance criteria, creating and curating product backlog, and taking an active part in customer testing.
- Articulating the product roadmap and coordinating releases and launches.
- Contributing to ongoing development and continuous improvement through seeking feedback and inputs to achieve the most appropriate outcomes.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical ability coupled with an innovative and creative thinking style and robust business and technology acumen.
- Degree in School of Engineering or University Course.
- Experience in cloud environments.
- Significant experience in HR Digital with ideally an experience related to SAP SuccessFactors suite - Employee Central (Position Management).
- Project Management skills.
- Good level of English mandatory, French proficiency ideal as well.
