Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer in Test to join our Quality Team. As a key member of our centralized QA experts, you'll focus on empowering product squads to be autonomous and accountable for their software quality.

Responsibilities
  • Develop tooling and processes to facilitate independence in product squads
  • Design and implement test automation frameworks aligned with our company's architectural choices
  • Maintain and improve our existing E2E Test Automation Framework using Playwright with Typescript
  • Assist in setting up essential tools for testing, providing testing environments and test data for product squads
  • Enhance testing processes and quality guidelines, improving quality and software testing practices
  • Establish dashboards and share quality metrics with stakeholders across the organization
  • Monitor and optimize resources allocated for testing, analyzing execution data and resource usage to identify opportunities for cost reduction and increased efficiency
Requirements
  • Prior experience as an SDET or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and microservices testing
  • Proficiency in Python, Typescript, and other relevant technologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with users, technical teams, and management
