Position Overview

Your Role: In the capacity of a Security Management Specialist at Assystem, you will oversee all security-related elements of our projects. This entails working closely with various stakeholders, crafting security documentation, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and Revise Security Aspects Letters and Evaluation Guides
  • Conduct Cyber Risk Assessments for Contractors
  • Manage Security Management Plans and Registers
  • Review and Process Security Business Case Requests
  • Collaborate with Contractor Security Managers and Perform Audits
  • Identify Security Threats and Develop Mitigation Strategies
  • Implement Effective Security Protocols Across Projects
Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in Security Management within a Ministry of Defence environment
  • Familiarity with Cyber Security Controls and Secure by Design principles

Required Qualifications:

  • SC Clearance or the capability to obtain it
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in Security Management

While occasional travel to client locations may be necessary, the primary work setting is in Glasgow City Centre.
