Position OverviewYour Role: In the capacity of a Security Management Specialist at Assystem, you will oversee all security-related elements of our projects. This entails working closely with various stakeholders, crafting security documentation, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and Revise Security Aspects Letters and Evaluation Guides
- Conduct Cyber Risk Assessments for Contractors
- Manage Security Management Plans and Registers
- Review and Process Security Business Case Requests
- Collaborate with Contractor Security Managers and Perform Audits
- Identify Security Threats and Develop Mitigation Strategies
- Implement Effective Security Protocols Across Projects
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in Security Management within a Ministry of Defence environment
- Familiarity with Cyber Security Controls and Secure by Design principles
Required Qualifications:
- SC Clearance or the capability to obtain it
- Relevant qualifications and experience in Security Management
While occasional travel to client locations may be necessary, the primary work setting is in Glasgow City Centre.
