As a key member of the store team, you will be responsible for managing the fruits and vegetables section, ensuring that it is well-stocked, visually appealing, and meets the high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the fruits and vegetables section, including stock management, ordering, and inventory control.
• Ensure that the section is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing, with a focus on creating an attractive and welcoming environment for customers.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction, including promoting seasonal and local produce.
• Work closely with the store management team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
• Train and develop the skills of the team members working in the fruits and vegetables section.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in a similar role in the food retail industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
