Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, mobility, and meal preparation
- Support individuals with their daily routines, including shopping, household chores, and leisure activities
- Encourage social interaction and participation in community activities
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Maintain accurate records and reports, as required
- DEAES, DEAVS, CAFAD, or TISF qualification
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Discretion and confidentiality when working with vulnerable individuals
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends
- Full-time or part-time employment, depending on the needs of the service
