Pizza Artisan

We are seeking a skilled Pizza Chef to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a Pizza Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious pizzas for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Ensure that the kitchen and work area are kept clean and sanitized at all times.
• Maintain inventory of pizza ingredients and supplies, and place orders as needed.
• Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation.
• Adhere to hygiene and food safety standards.
• Monitor and maintain food quality standards.
• Assist in developing new pizza recipes and suggest creative menu ideas.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role.
• Ability to prepare and cook a variety of pizza types.
• Knowledge of pizza dough and sauce preparation techniques.
• Excellent understanding of various pizza toppings and flavor combinations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to work well in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Pizza Chef, knowledge of pizza preparation techniques, strong attention to detail, good organizational and time management skills, ability to work well in a team, Saudi nationals or individuals with a valid Saudi work permit preferred.
