Role Overview

As a Refrigeration Technician, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities that include diagnosing issues in current refrigeration systems, overseeing the setup of new units, optimizing equipment for peak efficiency, performing system modifications, conducting installation assessments, and managing installation projects. Additionally, you will play a key role in monitoring the Energy Performance Contract (EPC).

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a background in thermal or refrigeration engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. A refrigerant handling certification is essential, along with proficiency in areas such as direct expansion systems, glycol water systems, hydraulics, HVAC, regulatory compliance, automation, and centralized technical management. Strong interpersonal abilities, a keen sense of curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are crucial attributes for this role. A valid driver's license is also a requirement.
