Installation Mechanic

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Installation Mechanic to join our team at Otis. As an Installation Mechanic, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe installation of elevator units, adhering to all Environmental Health & Safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Install new elevators with quality and efficiency
• Work in a safe manner in accordance with all Environmental Health & Safety guidelines
• Liaise directly with the customer while on site to build a good working relationship
• Conduct inspection before and after installation to ensure high quality and safety standards

Requirements

• Qualified to install elevators to the standards set in your country
• Hold a driver's license (as necessary)
• At least 6 months of experience in the field of elevators, ideally acquired in the assembly activity or at least experience on site and / or installation
• Good electrical and mechanical skills
• Comfortable with plan reading and calculations
• Appetite for technical products and new technologies
