We are looking for a Technical Manager for Electrical Control Systems to support our aeronautics activities. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the technical management of electrical systems and control systems for special machines in the aeronautics production environment.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Participating in pre-project studies and cost estimation
Defining, proposing, and optimizing technical solutions
Dimensioning and optimizing costs for selected options
Preparing technical documentation (risk analyses, functional analyses, user manuals, etc.)
Controlling detailed studies (electrical schemes, automation programs, etc.)
Coordinating technical project execution (client interface, fabrication, and site work)
Defining and participating in qualification tests
Preparing technical documentation for commissioning (test protocols, etc.)
You will work closely with a team of electrical and automation designers to ensure the successful execution of projects. Your role will involve coordinating the installation and testing of equipment before delivery to internal teams and subcontractors, as well as on-site clients.
Travel to client sites (primarily in France and Europe) will be required for preparation and realization phases.
We are looking for a candidate with a technical background in electrical engineering and/or automation, holding a degree in engineering (Bac+5 or Bac+2/3 with equivalent experience). You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing automated systems, particularly in the field of special machines or industrialization.
You should have knowledge of variable speed drives and general automation architectures (Siemens, Schneider, and SEW), as well as electrical design software (E-Plan and See Electrical).
Fluency in English is required, with German proficiency being an asset.
