Job Position: Continuous Improvement Trainee at Mondelēz International

Overview

Mondelēz International is a leading employer in the snacking industry, and we are seeking a talented individual to join our Continuous Improvement team in Granville. As a Continuous Improvement Trainee, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvements and contributing to the success of our iconic brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify functional needs of machines involved in product manufacturing and establish clear correlations between manufacturing and packaging processes.
  • Provide solutions to improve internal variability sources using DMAIC methodology.
  • Support the deployment of IL6S stage 2 and train the CI team on Power BI for improved process performance management.

Requirements

  • Master/Engineering or Master/Engineering in Agri-Food degree.
  • Good English proficiency.
  • General knowledge of the Agri-Food industry.
  • Familiarity with Continuous Improvement tools.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Passion for technical improvement.

Contract Details

  • Location: Granville.
  • Contract Type: Apprenticeship (Apprenticeship or Professionalization).
