Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Electrician Team Leader to join our team in ANCENIS, PAYS DE LOIRE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for organizing, directing, and controlling your team of network technicians (public lighting, BT, HTA, telecommunications, and signaling) in a safe and efficient manner.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing material needs and communicating with the Conducteur de Travaux
- Leading your team in accordance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
- Ensuring the smooth execution of projects (planning, coordination, execution, control, and reception)
- Managing the project's human and material resources
- Executing construction projects in the field of network construction
- Ensuring the successful completion of projects in accordance with internal and external objectives
- Reporting back to the Conducteur de Travaux and managing any discrepancies
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with a CAP/BEP in Electricity, Ouvrages Electriques, or Monteur Réseaux Electriques, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in aerial and underground networks. You should possess a valid driving license (Permis B) and ideally a Permis EB/PL and the necessary electrical certifications (B2T/H2V Br Bc and CACES Nacelle 1B/2B). Your ability to work in a team and respect instructions will be essential for success in this role.
