Job Overview:

Position Summary:

  • Interpret and analyze technical drawings
  • Establish machining methods based on engineering specifications
  • Develop or adjust programs for CNC machinery
  • Identify required tools for component manufacturing
  • Configure cutting tools, secure workpieces, and modify machining settings
  • Validate program configurations
  • Supervise machining operations and modify processes as necessary
  • Conduct dimensional inspections on initial products and fine-tune settings accordingly
  • Uphold a safe working environment
  • Ensure manufactured components meet specified dimensional and geometric standards
  • Record production times, quantities, and discrepancies in the system
  • Detect equipment issues and engage in ongoing improvement initiatives
  • Complete production documentation
  • Adhere to safety protocols
