Our operations encompass all facets of the distribution of automotive and heavy-duty spare components, delivering a variety of services tailored for repair and bodywork professionals.

The organization consists of 23 distribution brands spread nationwide, strategically divided into 2 geographical zones.

Job Overview

We are in search of a B2B Sales Engineer (M/F) for one of our brands located in the EAST Zone.

As a vital member of the sales team, your role will be to enhance sales within your designated territory, achieving revenue and margin objectives while executing the company's long-term sales strategy with professional clientele.

  • You will market the full range of company products and services to automotive professionals, including dealerships, garages, and body shops.
  • Cultivate and sustain customer relationships through regular visits along your sales route.
  • Identify and engage new clients to broaden your portfolio.

Your daily responsibilities will encompass:

  • Assessing your market environment and organizing sales initiatives.
  • Recognizing client needs, presenting compelling arguments, and successfully closing sales.
  • Offering technical insights regarding automotive products and services.
  • Effectively concluding sales during client interactions.
  • Addressing customer complaints while preserving strong relationships.

This position includes a company vehicle, tablet, and mobile phone, with travel expenses reimbursed.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should possess...

A diploma in sales (Bac pro or BTS NRC) or equivalent experience in B2B sales, ideally within the automotive or parts industry.

A proactive individual, adept with IT tools and sales reporting.

A valid driver's license is essential.

Exhibit independence, organizational skills, and teamwork capabilities.

Be self-driven, detail-oriented, and ambitious.

Demonstrate a systematic approach to task management and activity monitoring.

Compensation will be determined based on experience, plus a 30% bonus and quarterly incentives.
