About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Operations Specialist to join our team at Equativ. As a key member of our Legal department, you will play a critical role in supporting our business leaders across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the legal and privacy team in managing traceability and visibility of requests in contract management tools and other required tools.
  • Manage legal and privacy requests, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and report on the activities and performance of the team.
  • Draft contractual models and update them in collaboration with internal and external teams.
  • Collaborate with Business Operations to help improve the legal department processes and tools.
  • Centralize legal guidelines, optimize internal and external communication of legal and privacy department, and optimize and automate certain tasks using digital tools and processes.
  • Report on the activity and performance of the team and help implement policies, maintain knowledge resources, develop contract best practices, process improvement, and conduct related training.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business and Contract Law or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Legal Operations Specialist.
  • Experience in collaborating with sales teams at a global level (US, EMEA, APAC zones).
  • Experience as a project manager, capable of developing roadmaps respecting deadlines.
  • Experience in change management, supporting the legal and privacy team in implementing new projects.
  • Great team spirit and leadership skills, with excellent communication and listening skills to collaborate with internal and external partners.
  • Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).
