SOFRECO is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an International Education Project Manager. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong background in education and project management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement education projects in collaboration with international partners and stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Conduct needs assessments, develop project proposals, and secure funding for education projects.
- Supervise and mentor project teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
**Requirements:**
- Master's degree in education, international development, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-10 years of experience in education project management, preferably in an international setting.
- Strong knowledge of education policies and programs in emerging countries.
- Experience working with international donors and partners, such as the European Union and the World Bank.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in other languages an asset.
