Senior Cybersecurity Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Architect to join our team at Kyndryl. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust security solutions for our clients. Your expertise in security architecture, threat detection, and risk management will be instrumental in protecting our clients' most valuable assets.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement enterprise-wide security architectures, focusing on Protect strategies, Zero Trust principles, and comprehensive IAM solutions.
- Lead large-scale security projects, overseeing all phases from conception to implementation.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of Kyndryl's managed security services offerings, ensuring they meet market demands and leverage cutting-edge technologies.
- Design the integration of various security technologies, including EDR, SIEM, and DLP solutions, within complex IT environments spanning on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructures.
- Champion the implementation of Zero Trust principles across client environments, ensuring a robust security posture.
- Develop comprehensive Identity and Access Management strategies, incorporating latest technologies and best practices.
- Design advanced threat detection and response architectures, leveraging EDR and other relevant technologies.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure architectures meet regulatory requirements across various industries.
- Provide expert security consulting to clients, translating complex technical concepts into business value propositions.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging security technologies and methodologies, driving innovation within Kyndryl and for our clients.
- 10+ years of experience in IT security, with at least 5 years in a senior security architect role.
- Proven experience leading large-scale security projects in enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in Protect strategies, Zero Trust Architecture, IAM, and EDR solutions.
- Extensive experience with cloud security architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong background in designing and implementing managed security services.
- Proficiency in security standards and regulations (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with DevSecOps and integrating security into CI/CD pipelines.
