Our organization, recognized for its expertise in the design, production, and distribution of high-performance nuclear and cryogenic valves, is looking for a Quality Controller (M/F). We play a crucial role in supporting the operational integrity of nuclear reactors globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute dimensional and visual evaluations of components in accordance with specified guidelines and technical standards.
  • Perform nondestructive testing as required.
  • Create detailed inspection reports and maintain updated control documentation.
  • Document and monitor any nonconformities detected during evaluations.
  • Engage in inspections alongside clients.


Qualifications:

Possessing a Mechanical Bac+2 qualification, candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in quality assurance within a rigorous industrial setting, preferably related to nuclear operations.


Proficiency in interpreting mechanical schematics and utilizing measurement instruments such as calipers, depth gauges, micrometers, and measurement columns is essential. Familiarity with 3D inspection techniques and PCDMIS software is advantageous.

A COFREND Level 2 PT / VT / US / ET certification is also required.

The ideal candidate will be organized, self-sufficient, and detail-oriented, demonstrating a strong commitment to precision and quality craftsmanship.

Basic conversational English skills are necessary for effective communication with clients during inspections.

This role is permanent and based in Lyon.
