We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Global Corporate & Investment Banking Division in Paris. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our Global Relationship Managers in developing and maintaining relationships with major French corporate groups.
Key Responsibilities
* Support senior bankers in developing and maintaining client relationships, including preparation of pitchbooks, memos, research, and supporting the KYC process
* Prepare Capital Allocation Committees and analyze the profitability of client relationships at the global level
* Help originate mandates on various product offerings, such as debt funding, project finance, acquisition finance, capital markets, etc.
* Follow-up on transactions in MUFG's international network (Asia, Europe, Americas)
Requirements
* Master 1 or Master 2 from a recognized Business or Engineering School (with a Major in Finance)
* A customer-oriented and business development mindset
* Corporate Finance knowledge
* Rigorous, reliable, and organized
* An excellent level of oral and written operational French and English
* A first experience in the Corporate & Investment Banking sector would be a plus
* Excellent knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
