Job Description:
The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the Store Leadership Team in achieving company goals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to customers at the cashwrap.
- Exercise sound judgment in addressing customer concerns and resolving issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
- Support and maintain a neat, clean, and organized stockroom, adhering to a customer-ready environment and safety requirements.
- Perform daily housekeeping duties to company standard.
- Guarantee company assets by ensuring adherence to all Loss Prevention procedures.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
