Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Stock Manager to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. in Paris, France. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for effectively managing the stock operations, stock room, and team to ensure seamless customer service and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control stock levels, inventory, and stockroom operations to meet business needs and sales targets.
- Supervise and coordinate stockroom activities, including receiving, storing, and issuing stock, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and implement stock management processes and procedures to improve stockroom efficiency and reduce stock losses.
- Train and develop store associates in stock management guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to determine commercial store needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
- Lead and manage a team of stockroom associates to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control stockroom expenses, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in stockroom management, inventory control, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with store associates, management, and external partners.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth and improvement.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex stockroom issues and improve processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
